Help id this EDO DIMM, please 1

hi,
the letters say TI, TM4EC64BJ-60. Seller says 168 pin
DIMM, 5v, 70 ns (?). TI says ask Micron. Need to know if
refresh rate is 1 or 2k in order to use in a powerMac 6500.

and go with kingston mircon does not use compostie memory and 6500 had problem if it is not
