Help I made an error in folder security settings!

Hello,
I wanted to restrict users from a backup folder instead of just removing them, I checked the deny boxs under the security tab. I can no longer get into the folder as the
domain aministrator. What is the best wayto recover from
my error? can I remove users from the root at the advanced security settings tab of the drive, get into folder as admin, remove users restriction, then add them back? Please give me your ideas...Thanks in advance!

Can you login as the local administrator account and try it? If not, I would maybe try taking ownership of the folder and then repermissioning.

Thanks djtech2k...I could not access the folder as the administrator But, I was able to just right click on the folder and remove the deny settings from the users and then things were cool...
