I’m making a coding database for a small doctor’s office and I want to print a report that prints only the records that the staff will be entering at one session. The data being kept is on multiple patients and multiple procedures so I want the data that we are working on that day to print I’m not sure of the best route to take to achieve this so any help will be most helpful. Also these reports must be sent to Texas, and I want to do this by e-mail. This report will most likely be many pages, and the way we send the reports now. We scan them and make a PDF and attach the file to an e-mail is there a way I can shortcut this and instead of printing the report can I save this as a PDF or something so I don’t have to attach multiple reports to an e-mail. Thanks for any help you can give. Tom

You can add a Date Last Modified (or similar) field and then the report can use that field to determine which records were added or modified today or any specific day.

Most reporting tools (Crystal reports for example) have features that allow you to export your reports to various file formats, including pdf.

Take Care,
