Help - FTP problem

Hi,

This is readly urgent to me. Here is my problem:
I have tried to FTP a file from HP-UX 11i to W2k(with SP4 and IIS4.0), it seems FTP size command is not available. What need to be done on my side or W2k side to make it happen?
The snapshot I got when I use FTP size command on UNIX side is as follows:
ftp> size LC_20040419.txt
550 LC_20040419.txt: Access is denied.
