Over the past couple of months, when pulling up the Free/Busy calendars of other individuals to plan a meeting, inside of Outlook 97/2000, we cannot see more than one month into the future. For example, we currently can see only through the end of August for other individuals, with September and beyond grayed out. Has anyone experienced this problem, and if so, how do we fix it? Thanks in advance.

Scott

In Outlook (2000, I hope '97 is the same), go to the tools menu and choose options, click on the Calendar options button, then click on the free/busy options button. Increase the amount of months published (maximum 12 months.)

I'm experiencing the same problem, except I HAVE set the option to publish 12 months of activity. On about a dozen of our mailboxes (used for meeting rooms), I have opened the mailbox in Outlook and set the calendar to publish 12 months of free/busy information. After the 15-minute wait for the server to update, these calendars still show only a few months of activity. What's even more confusing is that some of them show 2 months, others show 6 months, and others show 10 months. Do you have any advice? cgwillard
Only 25 years until retirement!

For a user in Outlook 2000, after setting the Free/busy information to publish numerous times

From within Outlook help look for 'using command line switches'

I find the /cleanfreebusy normally works, but you might also have to /cleanSchedPlus if you have any schedule plus data
