Help For Net::Ping PLEASE

I have code and am trying to run it. Everytime I try I get

Can't locate Net/Ping2.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.00503/sun4-solaris /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.00503 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/sun4-solaris /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 .) at d7.pl line 6.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at d7.pl line 6.


I have treied to change Net:ing2 to user::class:ing2 which is where my ping2 file is.


I am using an icmp but I know you need permissions for this., I get teh same error for tcp and udp
I have no permissions but still cannot get it to run. Keep getting the same error
