Help finding BM12 upgrade file BM12a_R1_0r4.bin

Trying to upgrade a BM12 and am unable to locate this file to do the upgrade.
BM12a_R1_0r4.bin

You need a Avaya universal software download adaptor and download the software from the support site

I have the adaptor and downloaded the download adapter tool and it says registered but I can not find the file BM12a_R1_0r4.bin to do the upgrade.

Had to get files from AVAYA.. All good ..
