My windows 2000 server is now synchronizing all files in mydocuments of client computer. How can this be stopped?

What do you mean? If you have roaming profiles, the server will copy across your My Documents with your profile unless you set the group policy not to roam My Docs with policies.

Or do you mean that suddenly when you log off it says that My Documents is synchronising? In which case it means that you have set them to be available offline.

I think it has to do with offline files. I was able to disable that and it no longer copies the files across, but that is now the least of my worries.

I am having a terrible time with logon delays and Win98 machines being unable to see network drives. I need some serious help!
