Help file for Delphi components

I'm VS.NET user.
I'm trying help my friend with translation into English of the manual for his software which was created with Delphi and has a number of Delphi components as well as new components.
All the support materials are in foreigh language and I need to have at least an English description of the native Delphi components (perhaps, help files?)
I don't want to buy Delphi just to have an access to the Help files and I couldn't find anything good on the Internet or in the bookstore.
What are my options?

You could download the help files form the Delphi Website

http://www.borland.com/products/downloads/download_delphi.html#

or why not download the demo version of delphi and then get the info you need and delete it.
