HELP -- Fatal error on installation!!!

I recently bought a ColdFusion book written by sybex for mastering 4.5. The book came with several demonstration versions of Allaire products, ColdFusion Server 4.5 is the problem I am having. I am running Microsoft Windows 2000 Pro Retail on a PII machine. When I tried to install the ColdFusion Server 4.5 software from the CD I received a strange fatal error. ""Couldn't run Allaire FSETUP32.EXE"" is the error. It gives me an "OK" button and the setup crashes. I need this program to continue my studies in ColdFusion. I went to the

web site and downloaded the trial version of Allaire ColdFusion Server 4.5.1 and I received the same error message. What is up? Any light you can shed on this would be appreciated. Thanks.

I had to stop all of my web server and any other unnecessary services before installing CF.
