Help -- Extension 'smtp' could not be loaded.

I am getting the following message when I try to access the Internet Mail Services. Does anyone know how to correct this and what caused it to happen? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.



Extension 'smtp' could not be loaded.

A problem occured with the extension .DLL file, possibly due to a memory shortage. Close some applications or windows and try again.

I had this problem a while ago. Take a look at Q186787 on the Microsoft KB. It cured it for me, somehow the share it mentions had disappeared.
