HELP Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000

Hi all,

Please can someone help with this, I need to synchronise two address books from two sites within my organisation. The one site is running Exchange 2000 and we are running Exchange 5.5 Sp3.

Does any body know of a simple method of doing this or have any experience of the best way to do this?
