Help!! Exceeded space messages even when Limit set higher

Hi - I have a shared mailbox under 5.5 on NT4, it currently has over 20Mb allocated space more than it's current level, but it's still refusing to accept emails, and won't let the user send.

if the mailbox has 20MB more than is allocated, then the quota is stopping the user from sending.

Either get rid of 21MB of emails or raise the quota.

He means that he has 20mb headroom left.

Where are you getting your information on Mailbox Size from?
