HELP!!! dropped T1 calls to analog modems 1

I have a Definity Prologix R9 with two T1's that are currently set to route to a group of analog modems for a T-Com dial in solution for our remote order writers. I moved my system from Chicago to hear to use the higher RTU and the only thing I can not get to work the same of the Definity R9 I am replacing is this modem issue. any comments.

ch syn. Make sure your sync. if form the provider DS1 card.
