HELP - Discrepancy between Element Mgr & CLI? 1

We have a DN that is correctly assigned to an individual (Fred).
When I use LD 11 it correctly lists the DN as "Jaack's".

When I use Element Mgr to list the DN (using Phones menu) the number comes up a belonging to "Vacant". Vacant is what we use for a working phone that is not assigned to anybody.

I know LD 11 is correct because if you dial out from the phone it displays "Jack" on internal called party phone display.

Does anyone have any ideas why element mgr is not correct and what how can I fix this?

Do a retrieve all and reconcile in the Phone's section under EM
