help configure my small dns server - windows 2000 server

hello
I have a web server (win2k server) on my PC. I have internet access thru my network card - thru my ISP supplier. How do i configure my DNS server - theses are the questions i have:
on my network card - what IP address i set my tcp/ip
on my DNS server what IP addrsess i set my server name
on one of my host sites - what IP address should i
set it too


I have one IP address that is supplied by my ISP supplier
