HELP!!: Coding to Output reports????

I am trying to code a report so that it will output to a separate word doc for each record in the range. But I can't figure out the code to select the the records. everytime it either errors or outputs to a single word doc with each record on a page to the word doc.

Does anyone know how I can fix this... :-) ???
