Hi,

I have a dvd cdrom and a cdrw when in windows explorer and have placed a cd into the cdrw and click on the drive letter to view the cd's contents it comes up saying please put cd into drive, or cd not available.

i guess its not read the drive in some way

can anyone help?

How is it set in your system?
Master/slave?
On which channel?
On it's own?

In addition, is it always the same CD, or every CD that gives this message?

If this only applies to blank CD-R/W media, then did you install the CD-burning software correctly? Which software are you using? CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk
