Help CCR Problems

I'm up the creek witout a paddle, on a customers site, running CCR , but it will not start properly, rebooted it this moring, and Avaya Tier 3 wanted me to reboot the IPO to resolve, but it didn't now stuck out of hours with no one to call, I'm getting event id 33600 and 33611 on the "Avaya IPOCCR Realtime Calculation Service" anyone seen this?

Manualy stop the services and start them again
I have had a not starting service once
Starting it from the CCR webclient did not work
You need to do this from the services !
