Trying to install CAL's with valid key from

https://activate.microsoft.com

The Licensing Wizard was unable to install the client license key pack. Please verify your entry and try this operation again.

Have you got 2003 or 2000 licenses?

2003 licenses

2003 CALs can only be installed onto 2003. A lot of vendors seem to think they can which is incorrect.
