Hi Folks :-D !

I can't access my formulas help files from within the formula editor. I already un-installed Crystal (v8.5) and re-installed and can't get it.

I have the files because I created a short cut (desk top) and I can access the formulas help from there but the practical context sensitive F1 key is gone![nosmiley]

Help! I need the F1 Help working again! Luciano R. Humberto

Man that IS weird. Does it give you an error message? Does it do anything? I hate to beat a dead horse but you could uninstall, make sure all folders for crystal are gone, clean out registry entries (manually or with a regcleaner util) and reinstall again.

Hi jdemmi :)!

No man! I didn't went that deep I just used the uninstall from Control Panel (and I don't really like to mess with register).

There is no error message simply nothing happens when I use or click the "?" button on the menu! I gonna blow up that @$#%@#@ ![pc]

I understand your not wanting to mess with the registry but RegCleaner, found at works very well. I have used this a ton with no problems. Plus it keeps backups for you!
