Help!! Cannot copy assembly error! 1

Am getting this error while i try to run the C# webapplication from the .Net IDE. Please help!!!

Cannot copy assembly 'DllName' to file 'c:\...\bin\DllName.dll'. Access is denied.

Delete the C:\...\bin\ folder and recompile.

Sometimes the VS IDE does that.

It worked now. I was asked whether i need to recreate the Bin folder. When I said "yes", it did not work. When I said "No", it started working.. thanks for the post..

Meanwhile, why is this happening? Corrupted DLLs?
