Help!! Cannot Connect to Local Copies of DB2 DB

I have 2 DB2 databases installed on a windows 2000 server and cannot connect to them. I can however connect to other databases I have cataloged on this server. I looked at the db2diag.log file and found this error message....

Has anyone come across the same problem and how did you fix
it? Any help will be appreciated.
