My pc crashed earlier and now when I restart it stops after system.log and says cant find file c: /windows/system32/system

I have tried everything I would normal do but as it will not even let me in to safe mode, says same thing. I can’t even restore nor have a go at fixing it and also now for some reason I cannot get the windows boot disks to work keeps saying
Stop: c0000221 unknown hard error
/Systemroot/system32/ntdll.dll
So I can’t even run console repair
Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.
Many thanks
Steve

If you can't boot from CD or floppy you may need a computer repairer to get over this error.

You could try resetting your Bios to its Default settings, you may have to adjust any boot device order after that.

Your hard drive manufacturer will have floppy loading bootable diagnostic software to thoroughly check your hard drive.

The same type of floppy bootable software is available to check your RAM.
