Help! Calling Stored Procedure Causes Entire CR Program to Fail!

Hello all. I'm trying to learn how to call an Oracle 8.1.7 stored procedure from Crystal Reports 8. I created the package and procedure as specified in by crystal. In testing, the package and procedure both execute correctly.

Every time I try to create the report and select the procedure to add it prompts me for the param and the cursor. I enter the param and leave the cursor param blank as Crystal specifies. Suddenly the entire program fails and closes. Does anyone know what could be happening? Anyone?
