Hi brothers

In my case, I often encouter call drop issue. the PABX enviroment is S8300 CM2.2+G700 Media Gateway, using MM711 to access analog trunk. And 6408D+ is used as extension. All of the modules' firmware had been upgraded to the latest version.
The call drop issue occured on almost all kinds of the calls, just as IDD/DDD/Local, outgoing/incoming. It may seldom happend in a few weeks but suddenly occured frequently in 2 or 3 days. I have replaced the G700 and some modules like MM711, but which doesn't work. Thanks advance for your kindly advice, thanks.

Just curious ... do you only have one port network? I recently found out that the concurrent call processing per port network is about 250. If you have more than 250 concurrent calls, weird things start happening, like no dial tone, calls dropping, etc.

I have two G700 stacked. The traffic isn't so high. I think DSP and process resource is sufficent to support those calls.

is your cabinet earthed and have you set your synchronisation in the gateways ?

I have no idea about synchronisation? Could you pls tell me how I can config this parameter?
