Customer has a 12 person call center.
They want a (help) button to alert the their supervisor that they are having a problem with a caller. And the super can then do a call listen.
The requirements:
1. Not have to put the caller on hold to send alert.
2. Supervisor needs to know which extension is sending alert.
I was thinking something with post dial action, but I am not real familiar with how to use it.
I tried putting $cli in for the wave file parameter, and it comes up an invite prompt on the targeted extension. But I do not know if this can be activated without putting the caller on hold.
Has anybody made a Help button before, or have any ideas?
