Hi All,

I do hope someone can help me on this one, I have a Cisco PIX running and has been now for quite some time. However since upgrading to version 7.1(2) we've encountered issues with two of our offsite VPN users. They are connected from one of our other offices which uses the same internal IP range as us, the VPN client connects, but then when they try to open Microsoft Exchange they get nothing. ASDM tells me that they have an IP address and are connected to our PIX but shows no traffic passing between the client and the PIX.

I really would appreciate any help on this one as the matter is becoming somewhat desperate.

Thanks all in advance

Jez.

Did you really get it to work before the upgrade? My advice is to change the range for your remote offices. Maybe not the answer your looking for but this is the way to go.

Hi,

Thanks for the response, i've fixed the issue, it turned out i'd forgotten to turn on NAT-TRAVERSAL during a config change.

Cheers

Jez
