Help!! Backing up shared Access DB on Citrix????

We have an MS Access database on our Citrix server that will need to be backed up twice daily. It's a 300 Meg .mdb file that will be backed up. Only a few users are accessing this .mdb throughout the day. Any ideas on the best solution for this backup strategy?? Should I use some kind of scheduled task, or AT command?? I need to ensure the users are not accessing the .mdb during backup. Any ideas are truly appreciated.

I read an article dated Oct 21, 2001 that QUEHAY responded to. Also, would like to know if QUEHAY still has the code for those routine .mdb backups.
