Hi all,
Everytime I start my computer help and support starts like how it would if windows started up after shutting down improperly. How can i fix this? I have gone through msconfig and can't find anything in there to disable it. Is there something i can edit in the system's registry?

try running scandisk with the thorough box checked NOT the standard box. Then defrag. Then restart the PC.
