Help and Support does not work. Help!!! 1

I run Win XP Pro SP1. Lately I noticed that the Help & Support command does not work anymore when I click on it. I haven't played with the registry (not lately, anyway) and haven't installed any new apps.
Any suggestions?

Select the Letter H, and scroll this site a few pages until you get to the Help Section. There can be several reasons for your problem, and they are discussed here with repair options:
