Since applying Service Pack 1 to XP Pro the 'Help & Support' area won't come up. Can anyone give me the files that may have been corrupted or a fix ?

Did you perchance run a registry cleaner?
(An issue apart from SP1 that may have occurred without you noticing?)
IF SO:
here's a fix:
desc/fixwinxphelp.htm

It may work either way.

Are you getting any particular error message?

This might be worth a read if the above link to Doug Knox doesn't fix it.

That fix worked thanks - so somewhere along the line I must have used a cleaner. And Linney, there was no error message, the Help screens just wouldn't come up
