Help & Support (helpctr.exe) file not found..

Hi,

When I click the Help and Support icon in the START menu it says that the helpctr.exe is either missing or mispelt. But when I do a search for the file, it does exist but in the path:

C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\BINARIES

Which folder should it be for the icon to work or what is happening to cause the error?

Follow "Smah's" advice especially if you have been using Registry Cleaners or a program called Wormguard. Alternatively make a new shortcut from Helpctr.exe and place it somewhere handy.
