Help: Adding new email address

This is my second day into a job I really know nothing about. I am a programmer, not a systems engineer.

My boss just handed me a piece of paper (yesterday), and he wants me to add 4 additional emails.

The email addresses are not for new users, the users are already created and already have 1 address assigned to them. So I need to associate another mailbox with a user.

Also, once I add the new email, will I have to change anything in there Outlook program?

I am going to pick up a book tonight, however I am at work now and would like to look like I am accomplishing something.

Well guys, thanks for all the replies, and the book recommendations by zbnet. He suggested it twice, I better get looking for it. I couldn't find it in the library or at a local bookstore. I am sure its on the net somewhere. It has to be, everything is.

I like your boss for giving people a chance to swim in the deep pool. Better learn fast or you will drown when the waves come. I suggest you start building a home domain server with Exchange on it and register it to yourname.com, if a career as email administrator is what you're after in the coming future.
