HELP!! 2620 wont boot cant even config via console HELP!!!

Hi i have just been given a 2620 to try n bring it back to life. i have no history for this router and have not got a clue what has happened to it, currently i have it linked via my console and using hyperterminal which is set up correctly as my own 2610 can be accessed fine via it.

when u switch the 2620 on this appear "^xxxxxx8....88888" followed by 2 lines of characters with small numbers above them eg. "a" with a small 3 above it.

Once it has finish printing these lines it stops and nothing else happens, if i reboot it the same happens again but the random characters are different.

Someone may have changed the console speed on the router, try different speed settings other than 9600 baud.

Hi again, thanks for your help i managed to reset the router using jumper 2 on the board cheers for your help
