hello if anyone can help in this courswork please (assembly 68000)

from two thirty two bit long word patterns defined in vsect print to the screen as normalised floating point numbers in the range 1<=N<=10, both the minimum and the maximum positive floating point numbers that can be represented using the standard.
I am advised to use the maths library.
Please help?
