Hello, I get the following error occasionally (2 X a day) from different users when logging on over a WAN to Windows 2000 Terminal Services. 9 times out of 10 it just restarts the shell and in about 30 seconds there fine but I would like to try and resolve this issue as it can be annoying to end users. The event log error is as follows:

Application popup: Explorer.EXE - Application Error : The instruction at "0x77f85766" referenced memory at "0x0001042a". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program

The server is Win2000 Advanced server at SP3
