Hello Everyone. can someone please tell me how to set how to force users to use 6 character passwords and uniquenes?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm assuming that your users are on a windows domain. Therefore, you can use Group Policy to make the changes you want...

Open your Default Domain Policy and go to...

Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Account Policies -> Password Policy

There you will find all the group policy objects that you are looking for.
