More importantly, if anyone is really going to take the question seriously you would need to tell us where you are, how big of a need you have (how many lines/people), what kind of budget you have, what kind of experience you have, whether you need call centers, voicemail, and other important features, and what kind of data network presence you have or plan to have. If you only need a few phones and a couple of lines go buy yourself a key telephone system from someone like Panasonic (although people will now reply with 10 other brands - the point is just get something basic), or if you need the heavy armor like Siemens, Avaya, ShoreTel, NEC, etc, etc....
