Hello all,

I have a question that maybe someone here is familiar with. I am new to the Nortel Symposium database, so my question relates to Nortel's Symposium database. I need to report numbers of outbound calls, outbound call time, etc, where they are pegged against an application.

Which tables and fields should I be looking in for this sort of information?
