Hello again. This one has me puzzled. I have a form (form 1) which is used to select data, and input "temporary" information in order to print a memarandum. I am using a form (form 2) to display and print the selected memorandum. I have the same issue when form 2 is created as a report. Whenever the form (or report) is opened in design view, and sometimes when opened in page view, my fonts (to include MS Access application text...ie properties window text, etc.)get changed, highlighted, and sometimes fragmented. I get the same results on different PC's with / without printers installed, and have done the usual compact / repair, etc. It seems to be caused when I create a text box with a "good deal" of data in it, though I can't say that for sure. Once it happens, only shutting down all instances of Access, and re-opening will remedy the problem, and temporarily at that.
