Held Reminder Ringback

I know this question has been asked many times, but has anyone found a way to change the Held Reminder ringback to something different than the default offered for digital sets. My customer is very angry with this and the only thing I can do at this point is extend the held reminder timeout out to a few minutes. My customer is saying that no matter what ringing setup he uses on his 1416/1408 telephones he cannot distinguish a reminder ring from a normal incoming ring.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
