I think it depends what version of Microsoft Outlook you are using. You are currently unable to print the attachment info. as it is not visible in the header. Whether you can get make it visible depends on whether you are using Outlook 1997 or a later version.
A message in Rich Text format will put attachment icons in the message body. HTML or Plain Text messages put the attachment details in the header and therefore you would be able to see it when it is printed. However, Outlook 97 does not support HTML email. I am not sure about plain text messages.
