I created a report that when run will place the header information in the correct header stop, however at the bottom of the page it will repeat the previous header that is displayed on the next or following page.

Header appear in footer location 1

Are you talking about Group Headers? Then right-click on the group header or footer and choose Change Group. This lets you choose Keep Group Together and also Repeat Group Header On Each Page.
It helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options. In this case, it probably makes no difference.
