Header A Underlying but blocking out other graphics in Details

Hello again,

I have a graphic (A Private and Confidential Watermark) in PageHeader A of a Crystal 9 report and have it set to underlay following sections so it is set behind. the problem now is I need to visually divide a group by putting in a line or place a background colour in the group footer or if I place any graphic or background colour to the top it still sits under the underlaying graphic.

I have tried to set the lines to the front but it is not working. Any ideas?

Try inserting a text object and change the formatting of this object (Adda border, change background colour), this will appear on top of your watermark.

is there a better way to do Watermarks on each page. I can never seeing something like it on any of the courses I have done or any of the books I have.
