Hi,
HDU2 has a plug on front which looks like input power plug. Does it mean that can I put HDU2 outside of backplane MD110 (for example on a table :eek:) ) and connect to IPU using SCSI cable and to PU4DC using power cable ?

Yes HDU2 and HDU5 have power input mainly for /10 cabinets
where HDU is installed in carrier just underneath magazine
