Having trouble installing Winfax w/NT+Word

Installing WinFax Pro 10.0 on Win98 is no trouble, when I try to install on NT Workstation or Win 2000 Pro it creates a conflict with MS Word, which becomes totally unaccessable. Has anyone else seen this problem?
