I'm using a Norstar telephone (M7310)
I have an employee out of the office for awhile and I need to set her phone so that it forwards to someone else’s voicemail box...
So I set up a voicemail box, now when I set this persons phone to call forward, it will ring on this other line that I want it to but the voice mail is still the original users. I need it to forward to another ext and use that extensions voicemail. I’m stomped on how to have it ring on another phone and use that other phones voicemail... any ideas?
