I've got an acrhos av480. It's meant to just plug in then come up in explorer as a drive letter. I only have c:\ and d:\ for the cd rom. When I plug in the archos it xp makes the noise of new hardware found. It says found usb mass storage device then installs some files. The trouble it doesn't show in explorer! When I look the hardware control list it comes under a toshiba disk drive when i look at it's properties it says location: 0
Is that right or does it need to have another number?!!
