Hi,
In my Access 2000 database I have many buttons. I am updating the look and feel of my database and would like to use images instead of the buttons. When I insert a picture the grey of the button still appears around the outside. I can only use bitmap images on buttons.

If i use just images then I can't TAB to images. If i insert a transparent button on top of an image it works but when you TAB to the transparent button the user doesn't have any indication which button/image they have focus on.

Can anyone tell me a better way this can be done. I really want to use images (gif) and be able to TAB, use the ALT-x key for shortcut and make it visible that the button is in focus when you TAB to it.

Thanks
Jim

Low-tech solution:
One way would be to add a rectangle in some easily seen colour around the image. Use the transparent button's Focus events to make the rectangle visible when it has the focus and not visible when it doesn't.
